Avery Dennison Y5962L Wave C is a precombined diaper tape system, incorporating hook elements and a Y-bond between fastening and release tape.

– No landing zone required - recloseability direct onto nonwoven backsheet

– Nonwoven fastening tape and square-positioned hook elements provide extra flexibility and softness of the closure tape

– Combination of multiple hook lane elements and exposed adhesive area providing high peel and shear performance on nonwoven backsheets

– Hook elements positioned closer to the folding position and thus to the diaper’s back ear, for more intimate engagement with nonwoven front ear or nonwoven backsheet substrates

– Long release tape, covering the multilane hook zone, to prevent contamination of the hook and to facilitate the production process

– Excellent adhesion of release tape to a wide variety of nonwoven substrates

– Y-bonding providing strongest possible bond with diaper chassis

– Special positioning of the hook lanes prevent tape from popping open during conversion
