Avery Dennison Z4155 is a Z-folded tape closure system, used to generate a disposal function on diapers. The nonwoven fastening tape enhances the softness and premium look & feel.

– Nonwoven fastening tape (tape unit 1) increases the softness and user comfort for the wearer while improving the look & feel of the pants as a similar material is used as the backsheet

– Pre-folded Z-shaped construction, extendible to about 2.3 times its original size allowing to bridge and wrap large parcels (wrapping and disposal tape applications)

– Anti-flagging adhesive/silicone bond in the Z-fold construction eliminates pop-opens during conversion

– Colored fingerlift highlighting the opening position in the tape

– Adhesive of the permanent and fastening area providing an optimal closure on polyethylene’s and nonwoven backsheet
